2. Order Policy
2.1. Let us know within 14 days if you don’t receive your order.
2.2. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or something is missing, contact us within 7 days.
3. Returns
3.1. You can return faulty or incorrectly sent items for free.
3.2. Items must be in their original packaging unless they are faulty.
3.3. If you ordered the wrong item, you must return it at your own cost within 14 days.
3.4. Printer issues must be reported within 7 days to qualify for a return.
3.5. Low-stock items may be returned but will incur a 25% restocking fee.
3.6. If you no longer need an item, you can return it within 30 days at your own cost.
4. Refunds and Store Credits
4.1. Refunds are given as store credits, which you can use for future purchases.
4.2. Store credits will appear in your account and can be used at checkout.
5. Payments
5.1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfers.
5.2. Bank transfer payments take up to 48 hours to process. Orders will be shipped once the payment is cleared.
6. Shipping
6.1. Express delivery is available for smaller items under 5kg. Printers are excluded due to their size.
6.2. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
7. Re-Delivery Fees
7.1. If your item is returned to us because of an incorrect address or wasn’t claimed, you’ll need to pay a re-delivery fee.
8. Stock Updates
8.1. Stock availability shown on the website is updated daily but may change quickly.
9. Prices
9.1. Prices are updated regularly and may change based on market conditions.
9.2. If we cannot fulfill an order at the listed price, we’ll cancel it and issue a refund.
